Booking Process

When you submit an enquiry through our Website, you are expressing interest in our programmes. A booking is only confirmed when:

Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required in full before the programme date unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers for school bookings.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by You

  • More than 7 days before: Full refund
  • Within 7 days: No refund, but you may reschedule to another available date at no additional cost
  • No show: No refund and no rescheduling

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a programme for any reason, we will offer you either a full refund or a place on an alternative date of your choice.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

5. Programme Attendance

Supervision

For programmes involving children under 16, a parent or guardian must provide consent and emergency contact details. For some programmes, parents may be required to remain on the premises.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is disruptive to others or poses a safety risk. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements when booking. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate special needs.
